Can I shower with the patch on?

Yes but showers should be avoided for the first 24 hours and then kept brief. The optimal is short duration with your back to the shower head. Please keep soaps and lotions away from the Zio Patch. When towel-drying, hold the Zio Patch down with one hand to secure it so that it is not accidently knocked off.
